Test and sorting machine TSM-40

The mechanical system of the machine is functioning as a handling system to sort and classificate LEDs.

The electrical and optical measuring system delivers the measuring results for the process of sorting.
The LEDs are fed by a rotation bowl feeder (bulk form) into a linear bowl feeder system. Then they are fed strokewise into the afterwards following comb transport system.

The optical measuring system is mounted on a carriage and includes a working- and a home position. System can be adapted to different sized components by adjusting the step-motor height.

Machine is designed as a "stand-alone" separate system.

Integrated into the machine column there is the complete control system, the PC incl. monitor for all display readings/indications and software adjustments. Parts are sorted into 30 sorting bins, located at the rigth hand machine underframe.
