The RAV Radial Taping Machine is designed for taping the so called „radial wire leaded“ electronic components. Basically the machine can be used for different wire screens, different component distances and different taping heights. Components with two wire leads or three wire leads can be handled. All these different requirements can be realized by using conversion sets - customized especially for customer’s request. Machine is desgined for manual input of components - component specific feeding units guarantee easy handling.
Our taping processes are fully qualified in accordance to the international tapping standard DIN IEC 60286-2.

The process of punching the transport holes within the tape is carried out automatically by the machine. The electronic control system contains all necessary control functions and warning messages about malfunctions, as well as most important counter actions.
The production speed rate of the machine and the temperature of the heating unit can be manually adjusted by using corresponding regulators. The production speed rate and performance of the machine is considerably depending on the operator’s ability. Activating a foot pedal releases a machine stroke for each separate working cycle.
