Blister taping machine CAV-module

This module is suitable to pack electrical and mechanical small components into a blister tape.

Parts, in their correct position, are directly supplied by a pre-connected machine.

It is possible to handle tape widths from 8 mm to 56 mm. The tape advance can be programmed within a range of 4 mm to 56 mm, in steps of 4 mm.

To attach the cover foil to the blister tape either a hot sealing- or cold sealing procedure is possible.

Our taping processes are fully qualified in accordance to the international tapping standard DIN IEC 60286-3.
