The company´s foundation took place on August 15th, 1979 by Mr. Josef Leyerer in Barbing, near Regensburg / Germany.
The production space was approx. 100 qm.
In 1984 due to the positive development, we were able to move our company in larger buildings to Neutraubling, an industrial town. Here we had an office- and production space of approx. 800 qm. 








In 1986 we decided to enlarge our delivery offers: we established our in-house design department and we developed and produced in-house designed products. Machines and products designed in our Design-Department  - are now sold worldwide. In 1990 we set up our in-house Electronic Department to develop our electronic machine control systems. Qur employees create and establish the complete software for our machines.

In 1991 we moved into new and modern premises. We are now located in the newly developed industrial estate area in Barbing-Unterheising, close to Regensburg. Approx. 2000 qm are avaliable: office- and production space. High qualified employees are busy to satisfy and please all our customers - worldwide.
In 2009 we decidecd to expand our company to MBL-fuse. This new branch deals with the development, the produktion and the distribution of miniature fuses.
In our Assembly Department  competent specialists evalute our customer's needs and are ready to assemble the machines in due schedules. Smooth and in-time routine is guaranteed only with considerable project planning. Our Operations Scheduling Department  meets all demands in a most reliable manner. In order to continously improve the standard of our High-Tech Machines our Development Department's effort is to recognize as early as possible market innovations and use them with most efficiency for our customers requirements.
