Automatic optical Testsystem

The system consits of a feeling system incl. a buffer for at least two board arrangements (PCB-board), a test cell incl. AOI-system and a test system and a discharge band.

The system ist supplied with a spectrometer, a source meter and measuring contact. The measuring contact ist rotating around the emitter. Each emitter is centric triggered via the spectrometer and measured. At teh exit of the measuring cell a transport tape is located. Here the board arrangements can be picked up or they can be loaded into a magazine system (Option).

The test system has a maximum working range of 600 x 400 mm, manual adjustment of the width - on sided - and positioning of the board arrangement by a belt indexer.
