Assembly machine RAH

The machine is suitable to mount LED's into a plastic housing fully automatic.

The housings and the LED's are fed as bulk good out of a bowl feeder. A hopper feeder is pre-connected to the bowl feeder.

Before the LED's can be mounted into the housing within the index table, they are singulated within a comb feeding system and an electrical polarity check is carried out. In accordance to the measuring result the LED's afterwards are turned or they are rejected as a not good part. The component orientation can be switched over.

Further handling- and control stations, such as bending, cutting, electrical re-measuring and visual controlling via a camera, are located around a index table with servo drive.

The complete mounted LED's are delivered as a bulk good into a bin box.
